ICO Fermion Protocol

Fermion is the foundational primitive for verified physical RWAs within the Boson x Fermion Physical RWA super-system: Web3’s open infrastructure for tokenizing and exchanging any physical real world asset.

Within this super-system, all real world assets are first tokenized via the Boson base layer.  The assets tokenized as Boson redeemable NFTs can then be natively fractionalized and verified using Fermion.  Fermion (fractional) F-NFTs can then bridge into DeFi to access liquidity and demand.

Fermion enables the native fractionalization of assets into ERC-20 tokens, integrating seamlessly into the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. This capability allows fractionalized assets to access increased liquidity pools and serve as collateral for DeFi loans, helping cryptocurrency holders diversify their portfolios directly without converting to fiat.

Developed by the team behind Boson Protocol, which provides infrastructure for bringing commerce real-world assets (RWAs) onchain with low-cost and minimized trust, Fermion uses trusted verifiers and custodians for more robust verification, higher capital efficiency, and longer tokenization duration. Fermion and Boson operate as separate networks with distinct tokens but share overlapping communities. Together, they form the Physical RWA Super-system: Web3’s decentralized infrastructure for tokenizing and exchanging any physical real-world asset, aiming to create a unified decentralized onchain market for all physical RWAs.
