Haus Coin aims is to adopt a new digitalized paying method which also provides a worldwide use case to the platform. This system is the basis for a low cost style of housing as an alternative to the standard stud frame and brick methods. It is a panellised system of build, which require less labour and time (thus cheaper).

The concept uses a structural composite sandwich panel wall system. Its mechanics is a track and frame system with a lock and slide installation method. There are two types of method. One for low cost and another for median price groups. The lower cost uses cold formed steel as the added structure.

These new structural construction systems are strong, weather resistant and lightweight. The strength of these panels comes from using the latest in FRP (Fibreglass Reinforced Polymer) technology and the first in cold form or LGS(Light Gauge Steel) connection systems. Because of its lightweight and high strength characteristics, FRPs are commonly used in the aerospace, automotive and marine industries.
